These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the CDL training services provided by TruckMaster CDL Training LLC ("TruckMaster," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Byron Simpson, located at 532 E 13th St, Apopka, FL 32703. By accessing our website or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

TruckMaster provides commercial driver license (CDL) training, including Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory and behind-the-wheel instruction, Class A and Class B preparation, and restriction removal. We are an FMCSA Training Provider Registry–listed provider and are licensed under the Florida Department of Education.

2. No Guarantee of Licensure or Employment

TruckMaster provides training and test preparation only. The CDL knowledge and skills tests are administered by the State of Florida; passing those state exams and meeting all federal and state eligibility requirements is required to be issued a commercial driver license. We do not issue CDLs and cannot guarantee that any student will pass a test, obtain a CDL, or secure employment. ELDT is proficiency-based, and completion is certified to FMCSA only after a student demonstrates the required proficiencies.

3. Enrollment, Scheduling & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed once arrangements and any required payment are completed
  • Class schedules and availability are subject to change
  • Fees, payment terms, and any refund or cancellation policy will be provided to you at the time of enrollment

4. Student Eligibility & Conduct

Students must meet all federal and Florida eligibility requirements, including minimum age and licensing prerequisites. You agree to follow all safety rules, instructor directions, and applicable laws during training. We may suspend or dismiss any student whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.
